Crafting a Solution
At Employers Benefit Group, we take great pride in what we do, and crafting a solution that is right for your client is our primary objective. How It Works

Your client (an individual, small employer, larger employer, etc.) contacts you with an employee benefits need.
You complete an Agency Referral Form and return it to EBG.
EBG takes it from there, handling the entire sales process from quote to close, involving you as much or as little as you like.

How You Are Paid

You share in the commissions, and compensation continues for a long as the policy remains in force.
You also share in any commission paid on new lines of business added to an existing account.
